Dr. Khalid Abdulla, General Manager of Eskan bank, and Mr. Khalid Al Khaja, Sales and Marketing Senior Manager at the Bank, participated in the second edition of the National Real Estate Forum under the slogan "Real Estate Innovation that Transcends Borders". The forum was organized by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority in cooperation with the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) and supported by Diyar Al Muharraq. Dr. Khalid Abdulla presented a lecture entitled "A Journey from Design Thinking to Real Estate Technology Solutions".
On this occasion, Dr. Khalid Abdulla stated: "We are delighted to participate in this important real estate forum. This participation comes to affirm our commitment to social responsibility and the importance of promoting the concept of the real estate sector. The Bank works to provide innovative solutions to create a bright and sustainable future for the real estate sector, raise the level of real estate culture among those dealing with this sector, and strengthen the partnership between the public and private sectors by developing national cadres and providing them with the necessary expertise to develop future projects."
Dr. Abdulla also added that Eskan Bank’s participation in this forum and the introduction of "Baity" platform as a model that provides citizens who wish to benefit from all financial services with a variety of real estate and financial consultations. This contributes to facilitating the process of choosing the appropriate housing. He stressed that the Baity platform is a distinguished initiative for providing housing services in an effective and innovative manner that is in line with the Bank's orientations towards the digital transformation of services in light of the rapid technological development. It specifically serves the existing partnership between the public and private sectors in adopting major real estate projects, which contributes to attracting more real estate developers to invest.
